Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Innsolver hotel-management software and websites ("Service") provided by DigiQore Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts & Subscriptions

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• The Service is provided on a subscription basis per the plan you choose. Access continues while your subscription is active and paid.
• We may suspend accounts for non-payment, misuse, or breach of these Terms.

2. Acceptable Use

• You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to transmit malware.
• You are responsible for all data you and your staff enter, and for complying with applicable tax, hospitality and data-protection laws.

3. Your Data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. We process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your data while your account is active.

4. Payments

Fees are billed per your plan. Online payments are processed by third-party gateways; we do not store card details. Applicable taxes (GST) are added where required.

5. Availability & Liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy). On termination, access ends and data may be deleted after a retention period.

7. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts of West Bengal having jurisdiction.
